Forum Chairman Welcomes Attendees

NAMA Agribusiness ForumIt’s time for the opening session. To get it started, Forum chairman, Scott Kurfman, welcomed everyone. He thanked the committee who helped put together this year’s program.

Scott then introduced the sponsor for the opening session speaker. That’s next.

NAMA Agribusiness ForumThe pre-Forum session is standing room only! More chairs were needed for all the people who are here for this first presentation.

Michelle Salomon, Harris Interactive, is presenting the ABM Agri-Council Reader Survey. There seems to be a high level of interest in the subject.

NAMA Agribusiness ForumI would have shown the registration table but then you would have seen blue jeans. I promised not to show them but I didn’t promise not to mention them. Registration is getting busier as we near time for the pre-Forum session.

NAMA Agribusiness ForumWell, I guess you could say “Let the games begin.” But we’re here to learn not play. Prior to the Forum the board is meeting. I don’t have a wide angle lens so you can’t see everybody.

They all looked very content (just ate lunch) and looked like they were awake.

Missouri Sunrise

Missouri SunriseOn the way to Kansas City this is what the sunrise looked like this morning a couple hours to the east of the city. I thought it looked very cool and thought you might enjoy it.
