The Strategic Importance of PR

MelissaD_Pic_8x10 (2)The National Agri-Marketing Association and the Agricultural Relations Council invite you to participate in their next webinar.

Public Relations is much more than writing and distributing news releases or pitching the media. PR professionals today are strategists, event planners, social media experts, and at times, media buyers. In this webinar, learn about the evolving role of PR beyond “earned” media and understand how PR strategy can help your organization meet its business goals. We’ll even cover how you can spur media coverage without a press release or a new product, and wrap up by talking about how to measure and evaluate the success of your next PR program.

Melissa Dohmen is a Senior Public Relations Counsel at Swanson Russell, Nebraska’s largest advertising agency. She currently handles consumer and B2B PR for clients in the turf, agriculture and outdoor recreation industries and is a member of TOCA, NAMA and ARC.
