MoKan NAMA hosted speaker Jim Welch during a lunch and learn on Wednesday, May 20, at the Google Fiber Space Lounge in Kansas City, MO. Jim Welch, President and Founder of “The Growth Leader, Inc.,” showed MoKan NAMA members how to make results happen and become a true growth leader. Mr. Welch is a member of the National Speakers Association and consults with many Fortune 500 global clients, independent retailers and business owners, as well as organizations across several industries.

Mr. Welch discussed the five major steps one must take to successfully leverage “what matters” and become a true growth leader within their organization. After the lunch and learn was complete, Mr. Welch was able to meet with NAMA members and sign copies of his book “Grow Now” which he had available for purchase.
