NAMA participants from southeast Wisconsin enjoyed a day in Chicago touring the 2016 Global Cold Chain Expo on June 22 at McCormick Place. This mega event hosted four trade shows under one roof: the United Fresh Show, Global Cold Chain Expo, FMI Connect and International Floriculture Expo. Attendees networked over fresh bakery during the bus ride to and from the event. The variety of sights and sounds – from flowers to freezers – helped our members gather new trade show tips and learn more about the producer-to-consumer retail landscape. Of course there was no shortage of food, so taste testing was a must. Badger NAMA participants tried everything from Greek salad to pizza and guacamole to seafood misto.  Attendees represented the companies of Bader Rutter, Didion Milling, Kuhn North America, MorganMyers and more.
