Women in agriculture was the topic of discussion at the September Iowa NAMA meeting. Nationwide Insurance hosted the group. Producers from all walks of life talked with members of the chapter about their purchasing habits and how they are most effectively marketed to as females on the farm.

Marji Guyler-Alaniz, founder and president of FarmHer, facilitated the discussion. Much was learned by all in attendance. A follow-up to the panel discussion was presented by the FarmHer team at this year’s NAMA Fall Conference in Minneapolis, MN.
