Iowa Unlocks the Mystery of Social Media Metrics

In a meeting held in conjunction with several other associations, Iowa Chapter members listened to author Jay Baer unlock the mystery of social media metrics on Monday, March 21.  In addition to explaining how to effectively measure the game-changing value and success of social media, he presented three key categories of social media measurement.  Attendees learned tangible success markers for each.
