4 p.m. | Store Director Kristie Maurer will share the store’s strategy for appealing to diverse downtown consumers and competing with other area grocery chains.

4:30 p.m. | Executive Chef Cory Richardson will share helpful cooking tips as she prepares a Mexican-Spanish meal for the group, including beer pairings for each dish.
